Have you ever made a mistake and wished you could go back in time to change it? I’m not talking about holding up a bank or stealing a car (crime doesn’t pay people!), but maybe you said something you regretted or missed a scholarship opportunity. I know there have been plenty of stupid things I have done in my past that I would change, if I could. For example, wearing a white shirt to Disney World was not the best choice. Do you know what happens after you get off a water ride? Well, I apparently forgot until a cute little boy pointed it out to me. But that doesn’t even compare to the embarrassment and humiliation I suffered at my junior prom. I wore a beautiful strapless gown, and my date was a perfect gentleman. He even held out my chair for me to sit. Unfortunately, when he pulled out his chair, he placed it on the train of my dress. When I stood up to get some punch, everyone got quite the show. To this day, I refuse to wear anything strapless. Although these are both trivial instances, they have left scars on my psyche. A simple “do-over” would allow me to make a wardrobe change and avoid having to relive these instances over again every time my relatives come to visit.
If you could use a “do-over” or a mulligan, there’s a great way to make your past mistakes pay for the pain and anguish they may have caused you, too. It’s called the $1,500 Do-Over Scholarship. Want to learn more? Check out this short video.
