Students in grades nine through twelve, attending a public, private, parochial school, home school or participating in a high school correspondence program in any of the fifty states, the District of Columbia, or U.S. territories are eligible to enter this essay contest.
Please note: Although the application deadline for this award has passed, we wanted you to know about this award as a possibility for next year. $2,500 (non-renewable) prize, a trip to Washington DC with his/her parents and a Semester at Sea full tuition once accepted at an accredited college. The winners school will receive 10 copies of "Inside a US Embassy".
