Most Valuable Student Scholarship Competition

High school seniors who plan to enroll as full-time freshmen are eligible for this award. Students do not have to be Elk members or related to a member, but must apply through their local Elks lodge.

Please note: Although the application deadline for this award has passed, we wanted you to know about this award as a possibility for next year. Often, scholarship providers offer similar scholarships each year. This award is scheduled to be updated within the next few months. Please check back for more information at a later date.

Award Amount:

Two first-place awards of $15,000 annually, renewable for three years.

Two second-place awards of $10,000 annually, renewable for three years.

Two third-place awards of $5,000 annually, renewable for three years.

Two fourth-place awards of $4,000 annually, renewable for three years.

Two fifth-place awards of $3,000 annually, renewable for three years.

Four sixth-place awards of $2,500 annually, renewable for three years.

Four seventh-place awards of $2,000 annually, renewable for three years.

482 runners-up awards of $1,000 annually, renewable for three years.

All awards are distributed equally between males and females.
