This award is for students who are seeking a J.D. degree and attending law schools within the United States and its possessions, as well as lawyers under the age of 36 years (or admitted to practice less than five years as of Sept. 30), and candidates for an L.L.M. degree attending law schools within the United States and its possessions.
Please note: Although the application deadline for this award has passed, we wanted you to know about this award as a possibility for next year. Two first-place awards (one each in Division I and II) of $5,000, two second-place awards (one each in Division I and II) of $2,500, and one third-place award of $1,000 (given in Division I). All awards are made on an annual basis and are non-renewable. Winning entries will be considered for publication in the Public Contract Law Journal.
