This scholarship program is intended to support promising high school seniors who plan to pursue a career in an approved engineering program and who live in communities where Electronic Systems is a major presence.

$2,500 annually, renewable for three additional years. Renewal requirements apply. Students must remain in an accredited four-year college or university as a full-time student in an approved engineering program (School of Engineering). Annual renewal is contingent upon satisfactory academic performance in a full-time course of study (minimum 3.0 grade point average). Recipients are required to accept summer internships two out of three summers.
- Approximately 40 awards offered annually. One scholarship will be awarded in each of Maryland's 23 counties and one in the city of Baltimore. Two scholarships will be awarded in each of the eight locations listed below: California (Azusa Campus) - San Gabriel Valley California (Woodland Hills Campus) - Antelope, Conejo, San Fernando, Simi Valley, Santa Clarita Valley or Ventura County Florida - Orange or Seminole County Illinois - Cities of Arlington Heights, Hoffman Estates, Inverness, Mt.
