Wholesale Halloween Costumes Scholarship
U.S. students who are 16 years of age or older who have a grade point average of 2.5 or higher and are enrolled in a two- or four-year college are eligible to enter this jingle contest. Students must create a jingle that incorporates "WholesaleHalloweenCostumes.com" into the lyrics.
