Scholarship Details
California Association of Realtors Scholarship Foundation Award
Undergraduate or graduate students who are California residents and are currently enrolled in six or more credit hours at a California college or university and have completed 12 or more college level course units with a grade point average of 2.6 or higher are eligible for this award. Students must pursue professions which are centered on or support a career in real estate transactional activity.

Award Amount:
Up to $4,000 to students at four-year colleges/universities. Up to $2,000 to to students at two-year colleges. All awards are offered annually and are non-renewable. A student may reapply each year, but he/she may not receive more than two C.A.R. scholarships.
- Recipients:
- The number of awards offered varies annually and is dependent on the number of eligible applicants. At the last scholarship term, the scholarship committee awarded four scholarships. Awards are offered three times per year.
