This fellowship is available for international and U.S. students who will be college juniors or seniors or graduate students in the upcoming academic year. Students must have a clearly demonstrated research interest in the intellectual and institutional foundations of a free society.
Up to $15,000 annually, non-renewable. Awards typically range from $2,000 to $15,000 annually. Amounts awarded take into account the cost of tuition at the recipient's institution and any other funds received. Students may reapply if they are eligible for subsequent programs.
