Minnesota/North Dakota Reciprocity Agreement
This award is for Minnesota resident undergraduate and graduate students who are planning to attend a college or university in North Dakota. The student must be enrolled in an eligible program to qualify.

Award Amount:
This award provides reduced Out-of-State Tuition options at eligible a North Dakota public college or university. Students attending: North Dakota State University or the University of North Dakota pays approximately the same tuition as if he/she were attending Minnesota State University. Another North Dakota public four-year school, tuition will be slightly higher than the North Dakota resident rate. A North Dakota public two-year school pays approximately the same tuition as if he/she were attending a Minnesota community or technical college. Reciprocity benefits will be automatically renewed each year providing the student maintains continuous enrollment and continues to meet the program eligibility.
