U.S. and international graduating high school seniors who demonstrate financial need and possess an active amateur radio license in any class are eligible for this award. Students must pursue a baccalaureate course of study in business, computers, medicine, nursing, enginnering or science.
$10,000 or more annually, renewable for up to three additional years. The Goldfarb Scholarships is a "gap" scholarship computed annually based on a calculation of each year's education costs minus other awards or scholarships received and minus the Expected Family Contribution (EFC) as calulated on the FAFSA each year. The recipient is expected to maintain a "B" average and should submit transcripts of academic performance each semester to the ARRL Foundation Office.
