This award is available to Massachusetts undergraduate students who are 24 years of age or younger and plan to enroll full time at a Massachusetts college or university. Students must have been in the custody of the Department of Children and Families who were adopted by a Massachusetts resident or employee.

Awards provide a tuition waiver equal up to 100 percent of the resident tuition rate (maximum of $6,000 annually) for approved courses at an eligible institution. Awards are renewable for up to three additional years.
