BNSF Railway Company Scholarship

This award is available for U.S. high school seniors who are members of the Future Farmers of America and are residents of California, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota and Texas. The student must be planning to enroll full time in one of the following areas of agriculture: business management, economics, finance, or sales and marketing.

Award Amount:

$1,250 annually, renewable for up to three additional years as long as the student maintains a grade point average of 3.0 or higher and continues to remain enrolled full time in an approved major. All scholarships are paid with the understanding that, unless otherwise indicated, the money will be used for tuition, fees, books, and equipment required for classes to attain a vocational diploma or college degree from a postsecondary vocational/technical school or from a college or university.
