Military: Member, Spouse or Child who Remains Continuously Enrolled in Higher Education in Texas

This award is available for U.S students who are members of the U.S. Armed Forces or commissioned officers in the U.S. Public Health Service, and their spouse or child. Applicants must be attending a public college or university in Texas as a non-resident student.

Award Amount:

This award is for a waiver of nonresident tuition. The value of the waiver is the difference between the non-resident and resident tuition rate. Awards are effective for as long as the student remain continuously enrolled in the same degree or certificate program in subsequent terms or semesters. Summer enrollment is not required to maintain "continuous" status.

Recipients:
The number of awards offered varies annually. All eligible students will be considered.
