College juniors or seniors who are residents of New York attending a New York state college or university are eligible for this award. Students must be majoring in accounting and have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher.
Please note: Although the application deadline for this award has passed, we wanted you to know about this award as a possibility for next year. $2,500 per academic year for full-time study and $1,250 for part-time study. Payments will be issued in September. They will be made copayable to the student and the school. The scholarship award will be reduced for students enrolled for less than a full year and will be based upon the terms completed. There is no provision for support for summer session courses.
- The number of awards offered varies annually. Approximately 65 awards were offered last year. A student may reapply for a scholarship each year through the Campus Liaison or department chair.
