This scholarship is available for high school seniors who are residents of Clark County in Washington OR Clackamas, Multnomah, Washington, or Yamhill counties in Oregon OR one of the following cities in northern Marion or eastern Columbia counties in Oregon: Aurora, Columbia City, Donald, Gervais, Hubbard, Mount Angel, Scappoose, Saint Paul, St. Helens, Warren, or Woodburn. Students must plan to attend an accredited higher education institution in Oregon or Washington, and major in a field directly related to the information technology (IT) industry (e.g., computer science, computer information science).

$1,000 annually for the first year. The award is renewable for $500 for up to three additional years as long as the recipient remains in an IT field of study, maintains a grade point average of 3.0 or higher, and continues to attend an accredited higher education institution in Oregon or Washington.
