U.S. and international students who have an Active Technician Class Amateur Radio License or higher are eligible for this award. Students must be living in Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, or Connecticut and be majoring in computer science, TV/radio electronics, or electrical engineering.
