This scholarship is available for high school seniors who are residents of Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, or Rhode Island and have maintained a grade point average of 'B' or better. Students must have a realistic career goal relating to the right of way profession such as engineering, law, appraisal, environmental studies or related areas such as economics, communications or negotiations.
