This award is available for minority undergraduate students with financial need who are residents of Minnesota and attending a college or university in Minnesota. Students who accept financial aid from the foundation are required to return to their communities and perform annual service-to-children projects with younger children of color.
Please note: Although the application deadline for this award has passed, we wanted you to know about this award as a possibility for next year. From $1,000 to $2,500 per school year depending on school expenses and individual need. Renewal is based on the student maintaining full-time enrollment, satisfactory progress in school and completing the service-to-children requirement. The applicant must reapply for his/her award at the start of every academic year. Payments are made directly to the school.
