U.S. graduating high school seniors through undergraduate students who are of Hispanic heritage or dependents of HACEMOS members and are 25 years of age or younger as of the application deadline date are eligible for this award. Students must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher and have a permanent address in a select city/metro area.
