This award is available for U.S. students who are currently enrolled as college sophomores or juniors and will add diversity to the field of law and social science (e.g., ethnic minority, disabled, LGBTQ, etc.). To be eligible, the applicant must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher and be working toward a degree in the social sciences or humanities.

Fellows will receive a $3,600 stipend during the period of the fellowship. Transportation to and from the Chicago area to participate in the program and housing will also be provided. Living expenses are not provided, other than the stipend.
